His leadership has strengthened the Society\u2019s financial position, expanded sponsorship partnerships, and guided the successful transition to a paid membership model. Gary received his Honorary Membership\u00a0during the <strong>Board Meeting in Belfast, October 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2310324 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2310324\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd2fff5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd2fff5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mike Stallard<\/span><\/p><p>A key figure in the organisation of several major EWDTS conferences, Rome (2013), Lisbon (2015), and Torino (2017), Mike Stallard\u00a0has been instrumental in developing the Society\u2019s Bylaws\u00a0and the innovative Train the Trainer programme. Mike received his Honorary Membership\u00a0in London, 2019, and the award was formally presented during the <strong>EWDTS Conference in Barcelona, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c44fb6 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"4c44fb6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f38da9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f38da9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Per Bj\u00f6rkl\u00f6v<\/span><\/p><p>Together with Leendert Mostert, Per Bj\u00f6rkl\u00f6v\u00a0was a founding father\u00a0of EWDTS and served as President\u00a0during key years of growth and consolidation. A driving force behind EWDTS operations, Per championed collaboration with other international organisations active in workplace drug testing. He was awarded Honorary Membership\u00a0at\u00a0the <strong>EWDTS Conference in Istanbul, 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c871dd4 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c871dd4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c9a960 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c9a960\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Leendert Mostert<\/span><\/p><p>One of the founding fathers\u00a0of EWDTS, Leendert Mostert\u00a0has served as both President and Treasurer\u00a0and played a pivotal role in shaping the Society\u2019s foundation. He was responsible for drafting the first versions of the EWDTS Guidelines and Bylaws, setting the standards that continue to guide our work today.
